The location is a definite highlight, conveniently situated near the promenade, offering easy access to local attractions-perfect for anyone wanting to explore Blackpool. The family room we occupied was spacious; however, it had some visible signs of wear and could use a refresh. Although the staff were friendly and approachable, there was a bit of confusion with our breakfast orders. My daughter ended up with egg mayo instead of scrambled eggs, and my nephew faced a puzzled look when requesting extra bacon. The breakfast selection itself could have been improved, with some items seeming past their prime. The hotel appears to cater well to families. The evening entertainment allowed the kids to enjoy activities while the adults relaxed. The Kensington offers a mix of traditional charm and modern convenience, making it a decent family stay.
